SHUT IT® 4″ Hardcore™ v-groove wheel with carriage is the 4” (102mm) of HardCORE V-Groove Wheel for 11⁄2” (38mm) Gate Frame is designed to be used on a gate with a 11⁄2” (38mm) bottom rail.
This wheel includes a set of SHUT IT 4” (102mm) HardCORE Carriage Plates, which make for the ideal UL325-compatible installation. All HardCORE wheels use SHUT IT’s unique bushing design, which fully utilises the roller bearings.
Designed for gate with a bottom rail
• Models for different bottom rail widths1½ – 2″ (38 & 51mm)
• Two maintenance free sealed bearings (no greasing)
• Only1⅛” (29mm) wide to reduce friction and debris issues
• Super-hard cold rolled steel (30RC rating)
• Adjustable plates for perfect installations
• Load rating per gate: 3,000 lb (1,360kg)
• Max gate weight: 1,500 lb (680kg)
