CNC Plasma Table
Plate and sheet steel cut to the approved drawing.
Steel comes in one door. Finished turnstiles and gates go out the other. Design, fabrication, welding, testing, and finishing all happen in our Calhan, Colorado facility, then our own crew installs at your site.
Most of what passes for manufacturing is really assembly. Parts get ordered from somewhere else, shipped in, and bolted together. We do it differently. The steel arrives at our facility and everything that happens next, cutting, bending, welding, finishing, and testing, happens in the same building, handled by the same crew.
That means no waiting on a third party for a part, no finger-pointing when something needs to be corrected, and no gap between the people who design a turnstile and the people who manufacture it. When the job is done, our own crew installs it at your site. Factory-direct, start to finish.
Four stages, all handled in-house.
Our Calhan facility is equipped to take a project from raw steel to finished product without leaving the building.
Plate and sheet steel cut to the approved drawing.
Precision processing of tubing, angle, and channel.
Precision bends and forms in sheet and structural metal.
Curves and rolled components for frames and panels.
Punching, notching, and drilling on a single station.
Certified welders working in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
We manufacture in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our steel comes from local mills, which keeps lead times short and supports domestic sourcing.
Because everything is manufactured in our Calhan, Colorado facility from domestic material, our products meet Buy American requirements for federal and government procurement.
Every unit we manufacture is bench-tested in our facility before it ships. We check rotation, fit, and the locking mechanism by hand to make sure each turnstile performs the way it was designed to.
Our turnstile locking mechanisms are tested to withstand over one million cycles, manufactured to hold up in high-traffic, high-security environments for the long term.
The crew that fabricates your turnstile is the crew that tests it. Quality is controlled at every stage, not inspected after the fact.
No waiting on third-party suppliers for parts. We cut, form, weld, and finish in the same facility, which keeps projects moving.
From the first drawing to the final install, you work with one company. If something needs to change, there is no chain of vendors to work through.
You are buying from the manufacturer, not a reseller or a middleman marking up someone else's product.
