SHUTIT! 4″ Wheel – 1.5″ Frame
SHUTIT! 4″ Wheel – 1.5″ Frame is the 4” of HardCORE V-Groove Wheel for 1 1/2” Gate Frame is designed to be used on a gate with a 1 1/2” bottom rail.
This wheel does not include carriage plates, so user will have provide their own wheel box or plate system.
All HardCORE wheels use SHUT IT’s unique bushing design, which fully utilizes the roller bearings.
Designed to be used on a gate with a bottom rail
• Models for different bottom rail widths1½ – 2″ (38 & 51mm)
• Two maintenance-free sealed bearings (no greasing)
• Only 1⅛” (29mm) wide to reduce friction and debris issues
• Super-hard cold rolled steel (30RC rating)
• This wheel does not include carriage plates
• Adjustable plates for perfect installations
• Load rating per gate: 3,000 lb (1,360kg)
• Max gate weight: 1,500 lb (680kg)
• Carriage plate and carriage cap available separately
