01 Why don't your manufactured products show prices on the website?
Pricing depends on the configuration. Finish, locking mechanism, passage width, and integrations all affect the final number. We also sell to distributors, end users, and installers at different price breaks. We quote each project so the price reflects what you actually need.
02 How long does a typical turnstile project take?
Stock units ship within a week. Custom configurations typically take 4 to 8 weeks from approved drawing to delivery, depending on finish and complexity. Installation is scheduled separately based on your site readiness.
03 Do you install nationwide?
Yes. Our crew installs factory-direct in all 50 states. We handle layout drawings, anchor patterns, and integration with your existing access control.
04 Are your turnstiles ADA-compliant?
Our ADA gates are designed and manufactured to meet ADA accessibility requirements. They're typically installed alongside full-height turnstiles to provide an accessible passage.
05 Can you integrate with our existing access control system?
Yes. We work with most major access control systems, including badge readers, biometrics, mobile credentials, electric strikes, and mag locks. Tell us what you have and we'll spec the integration.
06 What finishes are available?
Hot-dipped galvanized, RAL powder-coat in any color, and stainless steel. Outdoor units are typically galvanized or stainless. Indoor units are often powder-coated to match the building.
07 Do you sell to the public, or only to distributors?
Both. We sell direct to end users, contractors, distributors, and installers. Pricing varies by relationship and volume.
08 Are you GSA Schedule?
Yes. Outlaw Industries is on the GSA Schedule for federal procurement.
09 What's the warranty on your turnstiles?
Our turnstiles carry a multi-year warranty on workmanship and materials. The locking mechanisms are tested to over one million cycles. We'll send the full warranty documentation with your quote.
