SHUTIT! 4″ Wheel – 2.0″ Frame
The SHUTIT! 4″ Wheel – 2.0″ Frame is the Wheel for 11⁄2” (38mm) Gate Frames is designed to be used on a gate with a 11⁄2” (38mm) bottom rail.
This wheel does not include carriage plates, so the user will have provide their own wheel box or plate system.
All HardCORE wheels use SHUT IT’s unique bushing design, which fully utilises the roller bearings.
These Gate Wheels do not include Carriage Plates so you will need to provide your own wheel box or plate system (available for purchase separately).
Designed to be used on a gate with a bottom rail
• Models for different bottom rail widths1½ – 2″ (38 & 51mm)
• Two maintenance-free sealed bearings (no greasing)
• Only 1⅛” (29mm) wide to reduce friction and debris issues
• Super-hard cold rolled steel (30RC rating)
• This wheel does not include carriage plates
• Adjustable plates for perfect installations
• Load rating per gate: 3,000 lb (1,360kg)
• Max gate weight: 1,500 lb (680kg)
• Carriage plate and carriage cap available separately
